Dr. Alacapa is a medical and public health professional with more than eight years of progressive experience in health system strengthening, research, policy and organizational strategy, and end-to-end project management across sectors such as development agencies, government, non-governmental organizations and the private sector.
Jason aspires to be a “chief health strategist,” a change agent who works across sectors and uses data and resources to address social, environmental, and economic conditions that affect health and health equity. He hopes that his current part-time Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) studies in Implementation Science at Johns Hopkins University will help him accelerate his vision and allow him to give more of himself to others.
He graduated from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine with a Doctor of Medicine degree. After completing his MBA at AIM, he earned a dual MPH in Health Economics and Master of Health Management at the University of New South Wales in Sydney.

Charlemagne Paul M. Molina (“Magne”) is a trustee and current appointed CFO/Corporate Secretary of Innovations for Community Health Inc. He is an experienced business consultant and tax practitioner with a demonstrated history of working in human capital relations, business law, taxation, recruitment, business development and rehabilitation, and audit services. He is skilled in utilizing tools related to accounting, taxation, audit, risk management, and management information systems including data privacy, employee safety, and compliance.
He is a CPA professional with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Computer-based Accounting System and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Management, graduated from the University of the East and the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (University of the City of Manila) respectively. He is currently enrolled in Polytechnic University of the Philippines aspiring to become a lawyer taking up the Juris Doctor program of the PUP-College of Law.

Renee Rose Maglente, Medical Affairs, Operations, and Quality Lead of Innovations for Community Health (InnovationsCH), is an experienced epidemiologist with a demonstrated 12-year history of working in the hospital and healthcare industry. Before starting her career with InnovationsCH, Renee spent ten years as an Infection Prevention and Control Specialist and two years as an Operations and Quality Professional.
Renee obtained a postgraduate diploma in Clinical Epidemiology from the University of the Philippines and has been actively involved in clinical practice guidelines development, rapid reviews and other research.

Marlex Nuguid is the Operations and Field Engagement Manager of Innovations for Community Health (InnovationsCH). He has been involved with several Internationally funded Projects covering different themes from Health, Environment, Education, Agriculture, and Youth Leadership. In Health, he helped improved Access to Medicine (ATM) and Access to Diagnostics (ATD) initiatives in the Philippines by mainstreaming the Programmatic Management of Drug-resistant Tuberculosis (PMDT) Satellite Treatment Centers (STC), Rapid TB Diagnostic Laboratories (RTDL) in Northern, Central, and Southern Luzon and by liaising Patient Access Programs (PAP) for Cancer Patients.
He is a humanitarian, a member of Lions Club International, a volunteer Board Advisor of the nonprofit- Benjamin 1784, and the Community Organizer of Kalikasan Leadership and Social Support (KLSS), a community-based organization which advocates Responsible mountaineering, Environmental conservation, and Ethical ecotourism.

Nicole Uy is a young public health professional with profound experience in the monitoring and evaluation of public health programs and the implementation of private sector engagement and public-private mix strategies for tuberculosis. Currently, as Innovations for Community Health’s Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Development (MELD) Manager, Nicole guides the development of the M&E framework for all projects, and collaborates directly with external M&E reviewers of grant funders. She also co-leads and trains a team of public health professionals in the conduct of InnovationsCH’s M&E activities. Outside her role at InnovationsCH, Nicole serves as a consultant for other organizations, especially on infectious disease research.
She is currently a graduate student at the University of the Philippines Manila under the Master of Arts in Health Policy Studies program. She also volunteers at the Junior Chamber International as the Vice President for Internals within her local organization.

Rachel Mary Anne Arca Basas (Rachel) is the Grants Manager of Innovations for Community Health, Inc. She also works as a Gender Consultant for the Asian Development Bank, and is an accredited Workplace Gender Equality Consultant of the Philippine Business Coalition for Women Empowerment. She lectures on courses such as Tools on Gender Mainstreaming, Geopolitics, ASEAN studies, and Environmental Diplomacy at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde in Manila. Previously, she has worked with the United Nations Development Programme and the Philippine government’s Social Welfare Department (DSWD).
Rachel has extensive practice in Formal Education Curriculum Development and Teaching; as well as in Non-formal, Informal Capability Building and Learning Intervention Design. She has served as facilitator, trainer, and moderator on several local and international engagements.
Rachel has a Master of Project Management degree from The University of Sydney and a Master in International Studies degree from the University of the Philippines-Diliman. She is also a Climate Reality Leader.

Reiner Tamayo is a registered nurse, researcher, and health policy analyst. He is actively involved in multiple projects focusing on COVID-19, TB-HIV, communities, rights, and gender (CRG), community-led monitoring, and public-private mix in health, commissioned by local and international institutions such as the Philippine Department of Health, WHO Philippines, USAID-FHI 360, and SIHI.
He is currently finishing his graduate degree in Health Policy Studies at the University of the Philippines Manila. His interests include health financing, human resources for health, NCD prevention and control, and advanced practice nursing.
